Therapy Ball Rolling: Neck & Shoulder Reset
Release the knots and tangles in neck from every conceivable angle. Go deep into the nooks and crannies of the shoulder joint creating freedom of movement in all directions.
Thursday, April 3rd

Shoulder Rehab: Strength-based Yoga
A full Forrest Yoga practice with extra focus on:
-Strengthening and lengthening the neck
-Activation of the “arms overhead” muscles
Sunday, April 6th

The Extended Version: Dolphins, Birds and Wall Moments
Now that you’ve moved through the surface layers of tension, we’ll go deeper into strength-building and learning poses to improve your shoulder range of motion. Expect a full yoga practice with a boat load of pose options to suit all levels.

Therapy Ball Rolling: Hips & Pelvis
Resurrect the underused muscles on your backside (your derriere) that can trigger low back and hip pain.
Dissolve stiffness from your outer hips and thighs.
Thursday, April 10th

Strength-based Yoga
Create a sense of balance between your right and left hip through focused yoga poses and strength-work.
Sunday, April 13th
10:00am-11:30am est
The Extended Version: Warriors, Frogs and Pigeons
Working slowly but deeply we’ll follow our bodies organic rate of release in this 90 minute class. Expect a full yoga practice with bonuses like: isometrics, facilitated stretches and some therapy ball work.
