In this workshop, you'll learn the anatomy and physiology of the spine and its interactions with the hips, abdomen, diaphragm and legs with specific emphasis on therapeutic modifications.  We will bring awareness to the body regarding possible imbalances and create subtle but effective strategies to re-balance and create a strong and dynamic deep core system that supports the health of the spine. Expect a mixture of learning, breath work and light physical practice.

This program includes and 8-day workshops, four bridge calls, ongoing support with certification and community interaction.

The 8-day workshop includes morning practice (meditation, chanting and ceremony), instruction in hands-on assisting, sequencing, practice teaching and receiving teaching feedback, level 1 ceremony and process work.
