Awaken your back body through therapy ball work and Forrest Yoga (tennis balls can be used instead of therapy balls). We will explore what’s called the “Superficial Back Line” (Tom Meyers) and loosen up the clumps in your back body fascia. Feel what it’s like to be more free in your twists and forward bends.
