Dedicate 6 weeks to deepening your Forrest Yoga practice and creating a strategy for life change. Using the Forrest Yoga “Formula for Change” as a tool, we will implement and commit to taking those scary steps towards change. We will assess, reassess and form supportive habits.
Each class will be recorded during a live stream session (optional) then sent to you weekly for the keeping.
