learn tools to traction out your spine
learn strengthening moves for the upper back, middle back and low back

In this special Forrest Yoga class feel for building strength from the ground up. Going upside down on our mat can invoke a multitude of feelings, including fear, self-doubt, exhilaration, and thrill.
