Set crystal clear intentions, get grounded, and feel the inner strength you need when facing triggers.
We will work with steadfast compassion in chest openers and therapeutic back bends. This class will be sequenced with a focus on back healing and strengthening and making space around the heart. All levels welcome. REGISTER
