In this special class participants will learn to approach strong, well-built inversions from the ground up. Inversions not only require upper body stability but also a deep connection to the core, pelvis, and inner legs. Emotionally, going upside down on our mats can invoke a multitude of feelings, from fear and self-doubt to thrill and exhilaration. Join me in taking the leap!
