Our bodies are designed to heal themselves. Sometimes, we just get in the way of the process! Approaching tension in the body with frustration only creates more tension. Learn to cultivate a compassionate attitude towards your neck, jaw, and shoulders. These areas take on lots of stress in life. Forrest Yoga is known for it’s intelligent sequencing which accommodates the most tender and troublesome places in the body.
In this class, we will move slowly and therapeutically to tease out layers of gripping and tension in the neck, jaw and shoulders. Learn simple moves which can be done at home, at your desk and within your yoga poses.
All levels welcome. Modifications given for injuries and limitations.
